To register for one of our courses, please fill out the Online Registration Form and choose a payment option below to pay your
class deposit to reserve your place (eg. for a $1495 class, the deposit is $395, the balance will be $1100).
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE FORM BEFORE STARTING YOUR APPLICATION.
Your registration will be processed on receipt of your deposit, on a first-come, first-served basis.
The balance of your tuition will not be due until the first day of your class.
We take payments through PayPal or you can send a check.

PAYMENT & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
By electronically signing and submitting the above Online Registration Form, the student requests acceptance in a program of study at Equissage Texas and agrees to the terms at (A) and (B).
All Courses:
(A) I understand I am responsible for familiarizing myself with the regulations for animal massage in any state, states, country, or countries in which I intend to practice, and that Equissage Texas does not guarantee my employment in any state, states, country, or countries in which I intend to practice. I also understand that no form of skeletal adjustment will be taught at Equissage Texas.
(B) I acknowledge that my $395 tuition deposit is non-refundable. I understand, however, that Equissage Texas staff will do everything possible to reschedule me to a later course date at no extra cost, unless I am within one month of the class date for which I am registered -- in this case there will be a $100 rescheduling fee. If I withdraw from the course for which I am registered less than one week from the start date of the course, I understand my deposit will not be carried over to another course and a new deposit for a later course date will be required. If I choose not to attend the course for which I am registered, I understand my deposit will not be carried over to another course and a new deposit for a later course date will be required. All funds received by Equissage Texas by the original class date for which the student is registered are non-refundable. I understand Equissage Texas reserves the right not to proceed with some student registrations based on the content of the individual registration form: not all applicants will be offered places in Equissage Texas programs and the reasons will remain confidential. Applicants not offered places in Equissage Texas programs will be refunded the fees submitted (less the PayPal transaction fee, if applicable).

Certification as an Equine Sports Massage Therapist (CESMT) is awarded to students who successfully complete the course by coursework assessment and examination.
